We are looking for a Process Coordinator with experience in CRM, customer handling, and interdepartmental coordination. The ideal candidate should be proficient in:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Handling customer inquiries and support
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Making calls and sending emails for follow-ups and communication
- Preffered Industry:- Personal Care, Frangances, Deo, Perfumes
