Job Title: Site Engineer – Solar Installation & Services

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer . The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site projects, ensuring that all activities meet quality standards and are executed within the set timelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with team members, supervising construction activities, conducting quality control checks, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success. The Site Engineer will work closely with structural and civil engineers to ensure the optimal functionality and durability of solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:





- Supervise on-site solar installation activities (residential, commercial, and industrial projects)

- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients for smooth execution

- Ensure installation as per approved design, drawings, and technical specifications

- Monitor site progress and ensure project completion within deadlines

- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of solar systems

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering

- 1–5 years of experience in solar project installation or site engineering

- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical systems

Required Skills:

- Robust technical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple sites/projects

- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in solar installation

Salary: As per industry standards
