Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and communicate with clients based in Australia. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and explain services clearly
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives
- Experienced candidates: Salary will be based on prior experience
