Eligibility

- Fresher Qualified Company Secretary
- 21 months of internship in a PCS Firm (Mandatory)

- Company & LLP Incorporations
- ROC Filings & Secretarial Compliance
- Secretarial Audits & Due Diligence
- FEMA, SEBI & RBI Compliance
- Trademark Filings
- Drafting Legal Documents & Resolutions
- Board Meeting & Corporate Governance Compliance
- Maintaining Statutory Registers & Secretarial Records

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Company Law and Corporate Compliance
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
