Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production & Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team for Wax Casted Brass Artware & Artificial Jewellery. The ideal candidate should have experience in the complete wax casting production process, product development, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the complete wax casting production process.
- Develop and improve brass artware and artificial jewellery designs.
- Ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, mould, and finishing teams.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and reduce production defects.
- Maintain production schedules and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in Wax Casted Brass Artware or Artificial Jewellery Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of the complete Lost Wax Casting Process.
- Ability to solve production-related issues.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field (preferred).
