Job Summary

WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced HubSpot Developers with strong expertise in HubSpot CRM implementation, workflow automation, CRM customization, API integrations, and technical troubleshooting.




The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing HubSpot solutions, customizing CRM systems, automating workflows, and delivering technical support to global clients.

Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage HubSpot CRM solutions for clients
- Configure and customize HubSpot workflows and automation processes
- Perform CRM customization and optimization based on business requirements
- Develop and manage API integrations with third-party applications
- Set up email automation, sequences, and lead nurturing workflows
- Handle data migration, data mapping, and CRM structuring
- Configure pipelines, dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics
- Assist in client onboarding and requirement gathering
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize HubSpot performance
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams for seamless integrations
- Ensure best practices in CRM implementation and automation

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HubSpot Development / CRM Implementation
- Strong technical expertise in HubSpot CRM, Automation & Integrations
- Hands-on experience in API integrations and workflow setup
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and client understanding skills
- Experience in technical implementation and CRM optimization preferred
