Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and offer status. Coordinate the offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining formalities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics. Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
