Job Summary:
The Packer is responsible for preparing, packing, labeling, and organizing products for storage, shipment, or delivery while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pack products securely according to company procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Label packages accurately with the required shipping or inventory information.
- Ensure correct quantities and product specifications are packed.
- Seal, wrap, and prepare cartons or packages for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Assist with sorting, counting, and organizing inventory when required.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and use packing materials and equipment properly.
- Report damaged products, shortages, or packing issues to the supervisor.




- Meet daily packing targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Basic reading, writing, and counting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
