Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing roles, including production staff, supervisors, and administrative Blue Caller positions hiring.

- Support workforce planning strategies based on production needs.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and on boarding processes for recent hires.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are aligned with role requirements.

HR Administration:

· Ensure the attendance management system is properly updated with current employee data, including shifts, work schedules, overtime and attendance policies.

· regularly audit the system for discrepancies or errors and ensure they are resolved promptly.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Grievance Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for employee complaints,



ensuring issues are addressed in a fair and timely manner.

- Investigation & Resolution: Investigate grievances, mediate conflicts, and work with managers to resolve disputes.

- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees during the grievance process.

Requirements
