Immediate Requirement: Payment Posting Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a Payment Posting Specialist to manage and ensure the accurate posting of payments within the medical billing process. In this role, you will be responsible for recording payments from insurance companies, patients, and other payers into the billing system, reviewing EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs to allocate payments correctly, and reconciling daily deposits with system records. You will also be required to identify underpayments, denials, or discrepancies and coordinate with AR and denial management teams for resolution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US healthcare RCM processes, attention to detail,



and the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, science, or computer applications is preferred, along with basic knowledge of medical billing, CPT, ICD codes, and billing software. Freshers with valuable analytical skills are welcome to apply, while prior experience in payment posting will be an added advantage.
