- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Store Incharge, Store Executive, or in Warehouse/Inventory Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Site teams for material availability.
- Ensure proper documentation of all material transactions.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage practices to prevent material damage or loss.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory)
– including maintaining inventory records, preparing reports, and using formulas.
- Robust inventory and stock management skills.
- Good organizational and material management abilities.
- Strong team management and coordination skills (Mandatory).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently at the project site and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
