About the Prospect

We're building a category-defining institutional partnerships arm for one of India's fastest-scaling personalised print and gifting operations — expanding from a single-city base into a multi-city, franchise-backed network across Madhya Pradesh. This is a founding commercial role: you won't be maintaining an existing book of business, you'll be building one from the ground up, with direct access to the founder and real ownership over how the region's largest institutional accounts get won.

What You'll Own

- Build and run outbound relationships with industrial, corporate, and institutional clients across the Dewas–Indore–Ujjain corridor (manufacturing plants, corporates, hospitals, real estate developers, and public institutions)
- Convert cold outreach into long-term retainer contracts — not one-off orders
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and account handoff to delivery
- Represent the brand in person — this is a relationship business, and face time with decision-makers is where deals are won
- Feed market intelligence back to the founder on pricing, competitor activity, and client needs to shape our institutional offering




- Build the playbook — the outreach scripts, pitch decks, and pricing structures you create will become the template for the sales team we build around you

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years in B2B/field/industrial sales (printing, corporate gifting, or institutional supply experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
- Comfortable walking into a plant admin office or corporate HR floor cold and getting a meeting
- Based in or willing to be regularly present across Dewas, Indore, or Ujjain
- Fluent in Hindi and comfortable in English for corporate communication
- Self-driven — this role has minimal hand-holding and maximum ownership
- Two-wheeler/own conveyance preferred, given the multi-city coverage

Compensation

- Base salary + uncapped commission on every retainer contract closed
- Milestone bonus for your first three closed accounts within 90 days
- Trailing commission on account renewals — build relationships that pay you long after the first close
- Clear path to Regional Sales Manager as we scale the team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
