Proven work experience of minimum 3 years as an Architect.

Lead architectural design and development for projects from concept to completion.

Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp photoshop and 3ds max or Lumion.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.

Oversee construction phases, conducting site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity.

Develop cutting-edge solutions for complex architectural challenges.

Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and objectives

Communicate effectively to clarify design intent and resolve any issues or discrepancies

Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of drawings across disciplines

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications

Coordinate with project stakeholders for drawing approvals and sign-offs
