- B.Com Graduate
- Tally Knowledge is must
- Freshers with good Tally knowledge can also apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Tally support will be preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Support Field Executive with strong knowledge of TallyPrime. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations to provide software installation, training, support, and assistance related to Tally products and other software solutions offered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations to provide onsite support and training.
- Install, configure, and assist customers with TallyPrime software.
- Train customers on day-to-day operations and effective usage of TallyPrime.
- Provide support to clients who have purchased Tally licenses, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), or other software products from the company.
- Resolve basic software-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for advanced support.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and customer requests.
- Maintain service reports and update visit details regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.




- Promote AMC renewals and inform customers about additional products and services offered by the company whenever appropriate.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of TallyPrime.
- Understanding of accounting concepts and GST.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to travel for field visits.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com Graduate.
- Valuable understanding of accounting entries and business processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client support.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
