We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government liaison, legal coordination, and external operations support for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, local authorities, legal representatives, and external stakeholders while ensuring that operational matters are handled through proper legal and administrative channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with government offices, local authorities, and regulatory departments
- Liaise with legal advisors, advocates, and external agencies when required
- Handle compliance documentation, permits, and official correspondence
- Support management in resolving external operational and administrative issues
- Coordinate legal and operational matters with relevant stakeholders
- Represent the company in meetings with public authorities and external organizations
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of external affairs and compliance-related matters





Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Public Relations, Operations Coordination, Legal Coordination, Government Liaison, Compliance, Administration, Security, or a similar field
- Strong understanding of government procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Good network with local officials and public authorities is an advantage
- Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy
- Willingness to travel when required
