- Experience 1 to 2 years
- Translate the client brief and approved design intent into a transparent, actionable project execution plan.
- Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Plan and coordinate proper sequencing of interior trades such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
- Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings to track performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Communicate project progress through regular meetings, reports, and updates while managing client expectations.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, fixtures, furniture, and finishes in line with the project schedule.
- Manage manpower, equipment, material delivery, storage, and site resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
