Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Business Consultant who can understand customer requirements, demonstrate Livebox solutions, provide technical consultation, and convert business opportunities into long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a basic understanding of technology and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Livebox solutions.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Explain Livebox's streaming, OTT, webcasting, and digital media solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge of streaming, OTT, websites, mobile apps, or cloud services is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide business solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in:

- English (Mandatory)
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Malayalam

(Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.)

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in IT Sales, SaaS, OTT, Digital Media, Streaming Services, or Business Consulting is an added advantage.
