About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who can build a strong online presence through engaging content and consistent organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute social media strategies to drive organic growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and optimize posts using relevant keywords and hashtags.
- Develop creative content scripts for Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate video shoots, including concepts, angles, and storytelling.
- Edit high-quality videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Analyze social media insights and optimize content based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes.




- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving organic audience growth and engagement.
- Excellent copywriting skills with expertise in writing captions, hooks, and content optimized with keywords.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience in video shooting, editing, and content production.
- Ability to write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form video content.
- Knowledge of content planning, scheduling, and performance analytics.
- Creative mindset with robust storytelling and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
