- Valuation & Calculation: Calculate the precise exchange or buyback value based on current daily market rates, deducting stone weights, making charges, and melting losses according to company policy.
- Customer Consultation: Explain the brand’s evaluation process clearly to customers. Resolve any queries regarding variations in purity or weight calculations politely to maintain absolute trust.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure immaculate record-keeping for every Old Gold transaction. This includes filing KYC documents (ID proofs, PAN cards, bills), generating exchange vouchers, and feeding accurate data into the inventory software.
- Inter-departmental Coordination:

Coordinate smoothly with the Sales Associates (to facilitate the customer's new purchase) and the Cashier/Accounts desk to finalize billing deductions.
