Responsibilities and Duties

- Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery frames, bridge parts, and pressure vessels, using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements.
- Study engineering drawings and blueprints, determine the materials required and plan the order of tasks to cut metal most efficiently
- Construct patterns and templates as guides for layouts.
- Lay out reference points and patterns on heavy metal according to component specifications.
- Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
- Verifying dimensions and part specifications.
- Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
- Marking cutting lines on material.
- Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in.
- Ensuring that quality control standards are met.




- Maintaining a production schedule.
- Testing products for their functionality.
- Adhering to parts safety standards.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: -

- Must be ITI (Fitter) with 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
