- Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect.
- Consulting with clients and lead experience architect.
- Researching interaction design trends.
- Designing user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces for cross-device experiences.
- Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements.
- Developing high level and/or detailed storyboards, create mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction.
- Gauging the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change.
- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps.
- Solid conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.

Qualification & Requirements:

- Graduate or Postgraduate with professional training or 1-2 year of related experience or internship as an interaction designer or user interface designer,



with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
- Creative and innovative outlook towards problems.
- Produce work that is orderly and attractive
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Fireworks and associated design tools.
- Should have proficiency in design and development skills with HTML 5, CSS 3, Twitter Bootstrap, JQuery, and Javascript.
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
- Ensure code is written and systems are built in a secure and high quality manner.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team.
- Must have strong experience in both mobile app design for iOS, Android, Windows, as well as responsive web design.
- Must be entirely self-managed, and capable of meeting the requirements of each sprint.
- Ability to manage one's own time efficiently and productively and multi-task in a fast paced organization.
