Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Reports To: Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities, expand market presence, and manage key customer relationships within assigned territories. The ideal candidate is fluent in Russian and English and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role.
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel frequently.
