Area Manager

Area Manager is overall in-charge of particular area or defined state of operations. Under his supervision, there will be at least three District Managers reporting directly to him and having coverage of 15 branches. His roll involves staffing, mentoring, internal controls and proper business development of assigned area. Apart from regular business he should represent Namra in all public forums and external engagements.

- Managing and ensuring smooth day to day operations and administration of the State
- Recruitment of Middle Management and Creating a solid management team
- Representing all the forums in the state on behalf of Organization
- Tracking and improving the performance of junior team members and providing necessary guidance
- Risk Mitigation
- Control employee and client frauds
- Manage and control NPA, OD, PAR and Bad Debts of the State
- Developing and Implementing internal controls & monitoring systems and groom existing systems/ processes by bringing in industry best practices
- Business Growth and Targets:

o Expansion of Branches in the state




o Increasing Customer Base of all the branches
o Growth in Portfolio
o Achieving top-line and bottom – line Target
o Expense Control within budgets
o Continuous reduction of expenses
o Staffing

- Reporting to the SH/COO on TagetsVs Achievements
- Ensuring Smooth functioning and reporting of all the Districts and Branches
- Implementation of Current Products, Processes and Procedures
- Ensuring Customer Service and Satisfaction
- Leading and Implementing key business projects of the state
- Conducting Branch and Field visits to oversee the business performance and staff work culture.
