We are looking for a skilled and data-driven CRO Specialist to improve website performance, increase conversions, and optimize the customer journey for our eCommerce and Shopify stores.
The ideal candidate should understand user behavior, landing page optimization, A/B testing, analytics, and conversion-focused design strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze website performance and user behavior
- Optimize landing pages and product pages for higher conversions
- Conduct A/B testing for layouts, CTAs, offers, and checkout flows
- Improve mobile user experience and conversion rates
- Reduce cart abandonment and improve customer retention
- Use analytics tools to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Create CRO strategies based on data and customer psychology
- Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and ROAS
- Generate reports and actionable insights
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce websites
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools
- Experience with A/B testing platforms
- Understanding of customer psychology and sales funnels
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
