Urgently required Automobile Service Advisor for the reputed Automotive Company SV Automotive Pvt Ltd – TVS for their various branches in Cochin.

Job Location: Kakkanad, Desam (Aluva) and Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalam.

Qualification: Graduation, Diploma or Automobile Diploma holders.

Experience: 1 -3 years of experience in similar positions.

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs, acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and the service department.

Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and suggest appropriate repairs or maintenance services.

Create detailed and accurate work orders, listing the necessary services, parts, and labour required for the job.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
