We are looking for an intelligent, proactive, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our hardware solutions division. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong business development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand recent products and market opportunities rapidly.

Previous experience in hardware, POS machines, or kiosk solutions is not mandatory. Candidates with a proven track record in business development and client acquisition from any industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibility.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with support from the technical team when required.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM on a regular basis

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar client acquisition role.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new products and business domains rapidly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
