Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end export documentation and export operations.
- Coordinate with international buyers and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage LC (Letter of Credit) and CAD export documentation.
- Handle bank-to-bank export transactions.
- Prepare and process export documents such as BL, COO, Phytosanitary Certificates, Survey Reports, and CHA documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure export compliance.
- Manage DGFT, ICEGATE, and RoDTEP-related procedures and claims.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, banks, government authorities, and inspection agencies.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely execution of exports.
- Maintain export records and documentation.
- Insurance-related and insurance claim handling.
