Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure and construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, resource management, quality control, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in roads, bridges, buildings, drainage systems, government infrastructure works, and multidisciplinary project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from mobilization to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and government departments.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and conduct regular project reviews.




- Resolve site-related technical and operational challenges.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, billing, contracts, and site management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Projects under PWD, PMGSY, Irrigation, Water Resources, or similar infrastructure sectors.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and capability.
