Key responsibilities:

1. Edit high-quality short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
2. Create engaging edits with robust hooks, fast pacing, and retention-focused storytelling.
3. Add captions, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual effects to improve engagement.
4. Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, webinars) into multiple short-form clips.
5. Understand social media trends and adapt editing styles accordingly.
6. Select music, sound design, and B-roll to enhance content quality.
7. Collaborate with content creators/marketing team to align edits with brand goals.
8. Maintain consistency in brand style, colors, and editing patterns.
9. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
