Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Event Specialist to handle event sales, client coordination and business development activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships while supporting event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the event industry
- Meet clients and understand their event requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution
- Prepare proposals, quotations and client presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth
- Travel for client meetings,



site visits and event operations when required
- Ensure skilled communication and timely follow-up with clients

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the event industry
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel for work
- Immediate joiners preferred

Language Requirements

Candidates should be able to communicate in:

- English
- Malayalam
- Hindi
- Tamil

Work Schedule

Flexible working hours based on client meetings and event schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
