Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and respond to product enquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure timely order closure.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Support the Sales & Business Development team in achieving business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Confident,



well-organized, and customer-focused.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a rapid-paced environment.
