Qualification & Requirements : Minimum 2 years in hospital purchasing/procurement

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital procurement.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare supplies.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ERP software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors for medical and non-medical products.
- Process purchase orders, requisitions, and maintain accurate procurement records.




- Ensure timely procurement of hospital supplies while adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments (pharmacy, OT, labs, etc.) to assess material requirements.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies and relevant regulations.
- Handle return/replacement of damaged or incorrect items.
- Prepare and present purchase reports and cost analysis.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
