Job Title: Laundry Attendant

Location: Calangute, Goa

We are looking for a responsible and organized Uniform & Laundry Attendant to manage the collection, distribution, and tracking of employee uniforms. The role involves coordinating with the outsourced laundry vendor, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees receive clean uniforms on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect used staff uniforms from various departments.
- Sort, count, and prepare uniforms for dispatch to the outsourced laundry vendor.
- Receive cleaned uniforms and verify the quantity and quality.
- Distribute clean uniforms to employees as per company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of uniforms issued, received, and sent for laundry.
- Monitor uniform inventory and report shortages, damages, or replacements required.
- Ensure the uniform room is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with the outsourced laundry service regarding delivery schedules and quality concerns.




- Report any missing or damaged uniforms to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping, laundry coordination, stores, or uniform management is preferred.
- Basic record-keeping and inventory management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physically fit to handle uniform collection and distribution.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel is an advantage).
- Teamwork and reliability.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
