We are looking for an experienced Visa & Immigration Consultant to join our team in Dehradun. The successful candidate will primarily handle Canadian visa applications and guide clients throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients’ eligibility for Canadian visa programs.
- Complete and submit applications for visitor visas, study permits, work permits, permanent residence and family sponsorship.
- Fill out Canadian immigration forms accurately and prepare supporting documentation.
- Create document checklists and review clients’ documents for completeness and compliance.
- Draft SOPs, cover letters and other application-related correspondence.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely application updates.
- Monitor deadlines, biometrics, medical examinations and additional document requests.
- Keep up to date with Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.




- Coordinate with senior consultants and team members to ensure smooth case processing.
- Meet individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience handling Canadian visa applications is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian visa documentation and application procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and document-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email and online visa portals.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under deadlines.
- Skilled, responsible and client-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
