HR Generalist

Description

we are seeking a proactive HR Executive / Generalist to manage end-to-end human resource operations at our Vastrapur office in Ahmedabad. You will lead talent acquisition for credit, operations, and sales teams, manage employee relations, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and ensure efficient HR administration.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews for Credit Managers, Operations, Sales, and Verification Staff.
Handle full onboarding formalities, document verification, orientation, and induction for new hires.
Conduct exit interviews and manage full-and-final settlement and offboarding processes.
Maintain daily attendance records, manage leaves, and coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, track KPIs and incentives, and support performance management activities.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Implement and enforce company policies, attendance rules, code of conduct, and statutory HR compliance.




Act as primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
Support general HR administration and office management at the Vastrapur office.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist operations; experience in NBFCs, Banking, or Financial Services is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA HR / BBA / M.Com preferred).
