Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

- Hands-on Development: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the entire stack using Java and React.
- Technical Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion development best practices.
- Backend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance Java Spring microservices and APIs.
- Frontend Engineering: Develop highly interactive, responsive user interfaces using React and up-to-date state management.
- System Integration: Connect backend microservices to automation layers, external APIs, and smart tool-calling capabilities.

Qualifications:

Required Technical Qualifications

- Experience: 9+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or team management role.
- Backend Stack: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Frontend Stack: Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5,



and CSS3.
- System Knowledge: Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (GCP).
- Bonus Knowledge: Basic exposure to integrating AI APIs, automated scripts, or smart workflow tools into web applications.
