Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the overall HR life cycle of all the mapped employees primarily IT and 3in1 vertical employees
• Will be a single point of contact for internal stakeholders in all HR related queries
• Achieve the target department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives
• Use people skills related to employee retention to manage the overall attrition target of the organization
• Connect with employees during branch visits, face-to-face and telephonic discussions and gauge the pulse of their engagement with the organization
• Manage the key HR processes in terms of process adherence and timelines – Onboarding | Performance Management System | IJP releases | Closure of auto promotions | Exit Management
• Ensure the department R&R; quota is 100% utilized
• Prepare monthly HR dashboard and make presentations during HR and business reviews
• Support leaders during Own the Branch visits
• Work on assigned projects and ensure timely execution
Required Qualifications and Experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• With the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities
• Excellent academic record & has good knowledge of Ms Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• 4+ Years of work experience in the IT/ITES industry domain will be an added advantage
