ACE Facility Management Services is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure guest comfort for an elite real estate marketing office.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and perform housekeeping duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, meeting room and public area readiness, and guest comfort.
- Oversee and participate in the cleaning of assigned rooms, public areas, linen areas, laundry sections, and floors, strictly adhering to SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Promptly report maintenance issues, lost and found items, stock shortages, and provide accurate room status updates to management.
- Ensure responsible use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, linen, and amenities,



while consistently maintaining high presentation standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within cleaning, laundry, room attendant, or hotel housekeeping operations.
- Strong understanding of hygiene protocols, cleaning standards, room presentation techniques, and secure chemical handling procedures.
- Demonstrated physical stamina, discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a high degree of reliability in daily operational routines.
