Job Description: A Head Civil Structural role in coal mining oversees the design, construction, and maintenance of mine structures, ensuring safety and compliance. This includes managing projects, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring structures meet regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Planning: Develop and oversee the design of various mine structures, including surface and underground facilities, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
- Construction Management: Manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and budget.
- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of mine structures, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and meet safety standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structures comply with relevant regulations and standards.
