As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build are robust and scalable.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in React.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure code quality.
