Role Description The Planning Engineer role at Omaxe Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate production planning activities, and monitor progress against established timelines and milestones. This role involves preparing and updating reports, supporting project control processes, and identifying risks or delays with appropriate corrective actions. The Planning Engineer will collaborate closely with project teams, site engineers,



and management to ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to quality and safety standards. Regular communication with stakeholders and timely documentation of project status are central to the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to develop, manage, and optimize project schedules and workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, track performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Project Control skills to oversee progress, manage deviations, and ensure adherence to scope, time, and cost parameters.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant experience in real estate or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Excel; familiarity with budgeting and resource planning tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and maintain accuracy under deadlines; robust attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
