Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – PVIT (Pharmacovigilance IT Systems) to lead the implementation and management of Pharmacovigilance IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management, hands-on exposure to Pharmacovigilance IT systems, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- - Lead the implementation of Pharmacovigilance IT (PVIT) systems and related projects.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
- Support system implementation, validation, testing,



and deployment activities.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- - 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Pharmacovigilance (PV) IT Systems.
- Strong experience in Project Management methodologies and best practices.
- Good understanding of Pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
