Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The individual in this role will lead end-to-end interior design projects, including conceptualization, space planning, and development of detailed design solutions that align with client requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing design presentations, coordinating construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design quality throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to manage timelines, budgets,



and in office execution, while mentoring junior designers and maintaining consistent project documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic design concepts.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and usage of residential and commercial interiors.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of FF&E; selection, specification, and scheduling, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong project management, time management, and coordination skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in residential or commercial interior projects; prior leadership or senior-level design experience is preferred.
