Role Description The Merchandiser role at AGASHE Multidesigner Store is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the Merchandiser will plan and manage product assortments across categories, ensuring the right mix of pret, trousseau, bridal, and menswear is available and visually appealing on the shop floor. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers and suppliers, tracking inventory levels, monitoring sales performance, and recommending replenishment and markdowns to optimize stock and revenue. The Merchandiser will also support visual merchandising, prepare product displays aligned with brand guidelines,



and assist in planning in-store promotions and events. Day-to-day tasks involve working closely with the retail team, analyzing customer preferences, and ensuring an engaging, well-organized shopping experience.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, designers, and team members.
- Sales and Retail experience, including working on the shop floor, understanding product assortments, and meeting sales targets.
- Marketing awareness, with the ability to support in-store promotions, brand storytelling, and basic visual merchandising initiatives.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with inventory data and basic sales reports.
- Interest in fashion and current trends, preferably with prior experience in fashion retail or a multidesigner store environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, including weekends or peak festive seasons as required.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
