- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to track and address system anomalies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicating technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and how they interact with enterprise planning systems.
