Role Description The CGHS Billing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at Infinity Care Hospital in Varanasi. The role involves managing CGHS-related billing processes, including generating and verifying invoices, preparing claims, and ensuring accurate documentation as per CGHS guidelines. The CGHS Billing Executive will coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to gather required information, rectify billing discrepancies, and track claim status. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date records, following up with CGHS authorities or empanelled organizations,



and supporting finance teams with timely submission and reconciliation of bills. The CGHS Billing Executive is expected to contribute to process improvement, compliance, and productive revenue cycle management.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills, with experience in healthcare or CGHS billing preferred.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including basic accounting concepts and familiarity with hospital billing systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with clinical staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for validating data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate claim submission.
- Relevant experience in hospital billing, CGHS or other government health schemes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems or billing software is desirable.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certification in medical billing or healthcare finance is a plus.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, follow established protocols, and maintain confidentiality of patient and financial data.
