Job Description – F&B; Manager (Promoters Service)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage food & beverage operations for Promoters and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients at a corporate office. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.
* Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.
* Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VIP events, and special occasions.
* Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
* Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement, and other support teams for seamless operations.
* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety,



and quality standards.
* Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.
* Monitor inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination for smooth operations.
* Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.

Eligibility & Experience

* Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.
* Proven experience in managing VIP, VVIP, or UHNW client services is highly preferred.
* Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality standards and fine dining etiquette.
