Role Description The Medical Reviewer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Medical Reviewer will evaluate medical records, reports, and clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines. Key day-to-day tasks include reviewing patient cases, interpreting clinical information, validating diagnoses and treatments, and ensuring that documentation supports medical decisions and claims. The role involves preparing clear, concise review summaries, collaborating with medical and non-medical teams, and providing feedback or clarification when documentation is insufficient. The Medical Reviewer is expected to maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to regulatory and organizational policies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of review processes.
Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of clinical terminology, medical procedures, and disease processes,



with the ability to accurately interpret and assess medical records.
- Experience in medical auditing, clinical review, or utilization review, with familiarity in healthcare documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear, structured summaries and reports.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in clinical documentation.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) or clinical information systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to established review workflows and timelines.
- MBBS or MD Pharmacology
- Experience in ICSR Meddra
