Construction Manager Track-

Key Responsibilities

- Planning and execution of track works (ballastless/ballasted track, turnout installation, welding, stressing, etc.).
- Coordination with civil, signalling, traction, and client teams for work fronts and interfaces.
- Monitoring progress against project schedules and achieving milestone targets.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications, and approved procedures.
- Managing subcontractors, manpower, machinery, and material availability.
- Conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring safety compliance and implementation of HSE requirements.
- Preparing progress reports, resource plans, and recovery plans for delays.
- Supporting testing, commissioning,



and handover activities.
