Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize support activities and align resolutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial planning and budgeting solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
